What working with us is like.
Do we have to start with a large project?
No. Most engagements begin with one workflow, one page or one conversion problem. We would rather prove a result on something small than sell a large project that takes months to show value.
Do you work with businesses outside Houston?
Yes. Bayne DM is a US-led distributed team working with clients across the United States and remote clients worldwide. Our client base is concentrated around Houston, Texas, but the work is not location dependent.
Who actually does the work?
Our own team, across development, design, operations and AI implementation. Projects are not passed through a chain of unrelated vendors, which is why the person who designed a system is still reachable when you need to change it.
What happens to our existing website and tools?
Usually they stay. Most projects integrate with the CRM, calendar, phone system and hosting a business already uses. Replacing a working tool is a decision we would justify, not a default.
Can you take over something another company built?
Yes, and we do it regularly. That starts with an audit of how the site or system is set up, followed by a clear picture of what is worth fixing first and what can safely wait.
